Our approach

The proof gets made as the work does.

On a civil job, safety and quality live in the day-to-day: how the site's set up, how the machine's run, how each layer goes in. Get that right and the paperwork looks after itself.

Every job runs to an ITP that suits the scope. Plant is serviced and logged. Erosion and sediment control goes in before the first cut. Photos, dockets and sign-offs are collected as the work happens and rolled into the handover.

By the time anyone asks for evidence, it's already sitting there.

Jared signs off every job himself. The responsibility doesn't get subcontracted out.

The system

One way of working, every job.

Plan it, control it on site, verify it against the test plan, hand it over with the proof, and carry what we learn into the next job.

    Control

Run to spec on the machine. Hold and witness points worked as they come.

Standards & specification

Built to spec. Systems aligned to standard.

No certificates on the wall, just the work done to the standard every time, with the records to prove it. Here is what that maps to.

ISO 9001 Aligned

Quality

Inspection and Test Plans, hold and witness points, and conformance records on every lot.

ISO 14001 Aligned

Environmental

Erosion and sediment control in before the first cut. Water, dust and noise kept in check for the life of the job.

ISO 45001 Aligned

Safety

SWMS, plant pre-starts and site inductions, backed by $20M public liability and mobile plant cover.

Across decades of council and private work, the aim has not changed: compaction and trim right the first time, with the test results and records to back it.

Four quality pillars

What you can expect on every job.

01

ITP-supported delivery

Inspection and Test Plans matched to the scope. Hold points respected, witness points logged, every check tied back to a sign-off.

02

Environmental controls

Erosion and sediment control set up before work starts, then water, dust and noise kept in check for the life of the job.

03

Plant maintenance logs

Pre-starts, service intervals and breakdown logs kept on every machine. A reliable fleet is what keeps a program on track.

04

Acquittal-ready documentation

Photos, dockets, ITPs and sign-offs collated into one package, ready to hand straight to your auditor.

When it comes to a grader, any operator will tell you experience is everything. Three generations of it is what sets us apart.

Need evidence that holds up at acquittal?

We build the documentation pack as the work goes in. Same standard on every job, whether anyone audits it or not.
