Blackmore contributed the civil works to AJB Enterprises' boutique retirement village of 140+ villas. Tight, low-tolerance roads on a complex site with limited engineered plans.

Remote maintenance grading delivered as a subcontractor to Durack Civil, with limited water access and strict daily production targets.
